For a municipal client I facilitated buy-in to their daily hazard assessment reviews, through surveying staff and end users and transformed their current paper process and paper/filing time from approximately 10 hours per week to a streamlined application software. The electronic process reduced “clicking frustration,” for the end user and improved analytics from 10 hours of data gathering and manual counting to an instantaneous process for managers/supervisors to review worker compliance.
